Why can't I connect to a wireless printer or scan over the network?
If the printer cannot be found or wireless print jobs fail during software installation, check for network issues and setup requirements.

Poor network connection: Move the printer and computer or mobile device closer to the wireless router, and check to see if the signal quality improves. Try opening a website and see if the internet connection is working. If Wi-Fi is slow or intermittent, disconnect the power cord, wait 15 seconds, and then reconnect the power cord to restart the router.
